Admit it, when you see a cute dog, you literally stop what you are doing and just start patting the cutey. However, during the course of your miserable day, do you ever wonder, what if you took a picture of that cute dog you just bumped into, wouldn't it be cool to show it off to your work colleagues and get some ooo's and aaa's from them. Well you can thank this UPS driver.
Jason Hardesty, from New Orleans, Louisiana, has been sharing photos with the dogs he meets on his delivery runs and has been posting them to his Instagram page. This story also minds me of a lady who would take pictures of adorable dogs that would come to her drive thru. Sorry, got carried away there a bit, back to the story. According to BuzzFeed News who got in touch with Jason, he told them:
It started two years ago when he got moved to a new route in a younger neighborhood. My old route, which was more families, the dogs did not like you, They moved me to a different area of town with more people my age, more single people, and the dogs were a lot friendlier. They come to the door and are happy and let you pet them and stuff
What really made this UPS driver go viral was when Jami Attenberg, author of NYT bestseller, The Middlesteins & more tweeted out to her followers:
I have extremely important news and it is this: my sweet UPS guy has a hashtag of all the dogs in the neighborhood. https://t.co/AVk5abA67G …
