Twitter user, Thomas Violence (@thomas_violence) really kicked off the debate when he tweeted, "no billionaire has ever worked harder than anyone that cleans toilets for a living. Every mega rich person has an origin story like "at the start we were working 20 hour days, 6 days a week" but that 'work' was them sitting on their ass thinking of ways they could legally ban employees from taking the time to sneeze while on shift".
People began to debate whether this was in fact true. Some of it really riled people up and this opened up a can of worms with many expressing their views quite openly…
Here are some of the views expressed by people…

Here is the larger point that sailed over your head: 100% of all workers are able and qualified to clean a toilet. Less than 1,000,000 people are able or qualified to be a Billionaire. The difference? Billionaires force themselves to stop cleaning the toilet and risk failure

literally every person on earth is qualified to sit around and do nothing while also owning a billion dollars.

I dunno…I think it’s kind of interesting that the mythical toilet cleaners in your mind are all super hard workers. I think I’d probably be pretty chill at that job.
